What payment methods are available?
You can currently pay securely with iDEAL, Sofort, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What are the shipping costs?
For shipping, you can choose between PostNL Standard for €3.85 or PostNL Prio for €4.35. If you order more than €35.00, shipping is free. You can read more about it here.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If it takes longer than 3 business days, I will let you know. You can read more about it here.
Can I pick up my order?
Currently, there is no option to pick up your order. However, I understand that there are sometimes exceptional circumstances where this may still be desired. In that case, please send me a message before placing your order so we can discuss what might be possible. You can contact me via Instagram @littleleftylou or by email at info@littleleftylou.com.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, this is optional. However, when you create an account, you will be able to view your previous orders and save your address so you don't have to enter it separately with every order.
I haven't received a confirmation email. Did my order go through successfully?
It may have ended up in your spam folder, so it is a good idea to check there. If you cannot find the confirmation there either, please send me an email at info@littleleftylou.com.
Do you also work with influencers?
No. If I am looking for people, I will contact them myself or post a call on social media.
Is product personalization possible?
No. Generally, all my products are produced in batches of 100 pieces or more. If you would like to order at least that many pieces, you can always send me an email at info@littleleftylou.com. Who knows, maybe something can be arranged after all, but it would have to be minor adjustments, not a completely new design.
Is it possible to purchase Little Lefty Lou products as a (web)shop?
This is certainly possible! Dutch companies can do this through this website. If you would like more information about this, you can send an email to info@littleleftylou.com. However, purchasing is also possible through the Faire platform, where I also sell internationally. If you would like to order through Faire, you can use this link. I do not have to pay a commission on orders placed through this link. And if you don't have a Faire account yet, you will also receive a 50% discount on your first order with me. The maximum discount you can receive is €100.
